Incredible Youth International is an NGO founded by Mr. James Brian Ntwatwa and is based on Revealing Youth potentials, not only academic but also other skills such as spiritual and emotional intelligence – thus the need to complement education with other life skills “The best way to predict the future is to create it”

Incredible Youth International has a Vision of of Uniting Youths internationally and sharing ideas that will bring out those hidden potentials of young people so as to transform youths into better citizens, hence confirming that, In our differences lies our strength, in our diversity lies our unity, in the multiplicity of many tongues is only one voice,

well, It Mobilizes and equips young people from the ages of 13 in order that they may Discover and pursue their life’s purpose, Live lives of integrity and excellence, bring positive transformation to their spheres of influence and have hope in the future
It also assists young people in being exposed to what it takes to succeed in the real world, and also Introduce Positive role-models of success in the market place to these emerging leaders

IYI wants to provide the youth with a platform for open dialogue on challenges of growing up, sexuality, relationships and career choices, help them build self-esteem, confidence and hope through the journey of adulthood by empowering them to lead positive and productive lives. IYI also wants to promote experience, sharing and learning among the youth

For Students that have less time, IYI holds student events every holiday where they are educated, stimulated and motivated to fulfil their dreams.
These students are encouraged to join the events/activities organized every year where they are given practical assignments to do during school time. Students are also evaluated so that those who excel spend time as apprentices or enter intern ship programs with different institutions while serving and learning.

IYI has Interesting youth activities like The youth magazine, Sports, TV and Radio talk show programs, School outreach Program, Transformation Academy, Creation of income generating activities, Discovering Talents, Art & design department, Health Care, Counselling and Rehabilitation Services, Charitable activities, Music industry, Inter-school competitions, and camps

IYI needs its members to be active and helpful in developing the Organization. The IYI members are encouraged to bring up new ideas, address more partners of their kind, raise funds to run the Organization, share views as far as partnering and supporting young people is concerned, and financial support

IYI provides knowledge and acquisition of intellectual skills, experience and information sharing among the youth, counselling and guidance. This method is used by IYI because it focuses on creating a relationship between the government, public, parents, stakeholders and the youths themselves in order to work closely. IYI also considers particular business interests of their partners, promotions for sponsoring brands, boosting advertisement, media adverts, and general the public.
IYI also requests for financial assistance and sponsoring partners from anyone who can help build the youth worldwide
IYI has a network of 2 million youths in over 37 countries who are agents of change within their own circle of influence.
